Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Medprice, our focus is on complete client satisfaction. In case of cancellation of appointments due to unavoidable reasons, we follow a refund and cancellation policy for the booking amount, with the following terms and conditions:

  1. No cancellation or refunds are permitted once a scheduled appointment on video call has been initiated.
  2. In case of cancellation of appointment by a Practitioner due to unforeseen emergencies, a full 100% refund will be provided to the patient.
  3. In case of cancellation of appointment by a Patient 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment, a full 100% refund will be provided.
  4. In case of cancellation of appointment by a Patient within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, a 90% refund of the booking amount will be provided. An amount equaling to 10% of the booking amount will be deducted as payment processing charges.
  5. For claiming refund, the consumer should necessarily have the valid invoice of the booking.

All refunds will be processed back to the consumer's credit card/debit card/payment account within 7-14 working days.
